Returns Made Clear

Perwqvon™ accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

A returned product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• Complete with its original packaging

• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Personalized products, gift cards, opened consumable supplies, and items clearly marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Starting a Return

Email service@perwqvon.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and any applicable shipping details. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please do not send products to our business address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order information and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

For faster service, return the original eligible item and place a separate order for the preferred replacement.

European Union Orders

Customers receiving orders within the European Union may have a 14-day cancellation right, subject to applicable consumer law. Returned items must remain unused, complete, and in their original condition.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared after 15 business days.
