Delivery Details

Perwqvon™ prepares stationery and office essentials through selected fulfillment locations. This helps us keep products available while maintaining practical pricing and careful packaging.

Processing

Orders are usually prepared within 2–5 business days. During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing may require up to 6 business days.

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies at checkout.

Estimated Transit Times

United States: 8–14 business days
Canada, United Kingdom and Australia: 10–16 business days
Other international destinations: 14–21 business days

Delivery estimates begin after shipment and may be affected by carrier delays, local holidays, weather, or customs review.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order leaves the fulfillment location.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to display movement after the label is created.

International Charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Order Changes

Shipping-address corrections or cancellation requests must be emailed to service@perwqvon.com within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

For visible shipping damage, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include your order number, packaging photos, and product photos.

If a carrier confirms that a shipment was lost in transit, we will review the case and arrange an eligible replacement or refund.
